First, you must be willing to take responsibility for the choices of your lifestyle that may be contributing to the health issues you seek to resolve.
Second, you must sincerely desire to change your life and be willing to do what it takes to make the change. Remember that when the fear of staying the same becomes greater than the fear of change, then we are ready to look toward making the changes necessary in our situation to get where we want to go.
Third, you must be willing to take a risk of changing your thinking about your life. Einstein said that continuing to do the same thing and expecting a different result was the definition of insanity. When you change your thinking, you change your life.
Fourth, you must be willing to allocate the resources (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially) to do your work in the process. And you must be willing to follow through with the necessary steps in your process to get where you want to go.
